about the project

Capital City Property Sdn Bhd "CCPSB" was incorporated on 14th June 2013 to develop the Capital City project, a mixed development om 10 acres of freehold land, situated on Jalan Tampoi, Kawasan Perindustrian Tampoi, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor.


The components of the project are:

- 1,579 retail units in a 6-storey thematic shopping complex with 1-storey of facilities floor and 7-storey elevated carparks.

- 315 units of hotel rooms in a 32-storey, hotel, known as Hilton Garden Inn and damaged by Hilton Worldwide (Tower A)

- 630 units of serviced suites in a 32-storey tower(Tower B)

- 210 units of serviced apartments in a 29-storey tower(Tower C)

- 210 units of serviced apartments in a 29-storey tower(Tower D)

- 270 units of serviced apartments in a 29-storey tower(Tower E)
